23

Psalm 23

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,

He restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake.

Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death, [a]
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.

Surely goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever.

What an insightful look into the 23rd Psalm. It is amazing how much God loves us and cares for us and protects us. I know that my Good Shepherd is with me and will never leave me. Whatever you are going through today, Jehovah Rohi is with you as well.

in old times, a shepard would lay in front of the fence opening, as a door. no one could come in without the shepard knowing about it. no matter what we are facing, it is important to remember that He already knows about it, and is taking action for us. hope you all have a wonderful week!
